Our new FireWatch Connect app is now searchable and available within the Apps area of Microsoft Teams. It enables FireWatch-licensed organisations to integrate the FireWatch application with Microsoft Teams.
It currently provides support and assistance via a Teams Chat Bot to book on and off duty, generate/approve leave requests and receive vehicle availability notifications from within the Teams user environment.
Future releases will include tabs-based functionality and further chat bot capabilities…coming soon!
