FireWatch was deployed to replace a legacy personnel database and deliver an electronic method for monitoring and recording training, and to improve service quality and safety standards. Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service

Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service deployed FireWatch to manage internal business processes and improve service delivery. FireWatch was implemented to introduce a flexible solution for human resource management that would also facilitate compliance with GLG reporting requirements. FireWatch has delivered a competency-based HR & Asset Management solution.

Norfolk has also worked with Infographics to deploy a Web portal based on Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server.

Norfolk is currently working with Infographics to deploy FloSuite, a solution for workflow/process automation and systems integration, which can be targeted to meet requirements for data sharing/integration with RCCs under the FiReControl programme. (Case study to follow in due course).

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service selected FireWatch to support HRM functions within a flexible framework for managing ongoing legislative and operational challenges arising as a result of the ongoing Modernisation programme. FireWatch has increased visibility and tracking of absence levels through automatic logging of sickness calls within its personnel module and ensured compliance with minimum officer duty cover across differing rotation patterns.
