IPDS & Training Centre Management
IPDS & Training Centre Management supports the Fire
and Rescue Service in meeting IPDS guidelines, and links into National
Occupational Standards and NVQs.
- Personal Development Records – linked to
role/contract, tracks competency status, automatically updated by
multiple events and modules
- National Occupation Standards – utilises role
maps for competency/role-based management
- Assessment & Appraisal – supports recording
of employee appraisals, performance reviews and training
assessments, including supporting documentation
- Workplace Training and NVQs – records and
monitors employee performance and training received through
activities and tracks progress of NVQs
- Training Centre Management – provides
training course templates, resource booking, cost analysis,
assessments, and automatic links to PDRs and NVQs
