Fire Safety and Fire Protection Module:
Fire Safety & Fire Protection supports the strategic management
and delivery of both community and commercial fire safety operations
and education programmes. It allows the targeting of resources based
on risk analysis, reduces paper-based processes and increases
efficiency. It also records and reports on time spent conducting
audits and home visits to provide a clear management-level overview
of this important operational area.
- Home Fire Safety Checks – supports and manages
Home Fire Safety Checks, including planning and scheduling, risk
assessment and analysis, home visits conducted by Fire Safety
Officers and time recording. Enables the strategic allocation of
resources for risk-based campaign targeting with sophisticated CRM,
Document & Task Management included, and integrates with NLPG
Gazetteer
- Domestic Petrol Licensing – supports and
streamlines domestic petrol storage licensing processes and
recording of associated information
- Fire Protection Audits – supports and manages
Fire Protection processes, including planning, risk assessment,
audits carried out onsite by Fire Safety Inspectors and time
recording; provides ability to manage parent-child relationships for
shared campus facilities or large industrial sites; supports mobile
working using portable devices; enables risk-based campaign
targeting with sophisticated CRM, Document & Task Management;
manages the issuing of FSOs for prohibitions, enforcement and
prosecutions; and integrates with NLPG Gazetteer
- Commercial Petrol Licensing – supports and
streamlines commercial Petrol Licensing processes and recording of
associated information
