Northamptonshire announced as latest new FireWatch client

INFOGRAPHICS UK LTD. is delighted to announce Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service (FRS) as its latest new FireWatch® client.

The deal, which follows other recent announcements – including Staffordshire FRS last month – further strengths Infographics’ position as the UK’s #1 supplier of FRS resource management solutions.

Northamptonshire FRS joins a growing base of around one third of the UK’s Fire and Rescue Services who use FireWatch software to help plan, manage, streamline and integrate their operations.

David Harding, Area Manager at Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue, said “I am looking forward to working with Infographics in implementing FireWatch at Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue and realising the benefits we believe this will generate.”

Russell Wood, Director of Sales at Infographics, said: “The continued success of our software during what are challenging economic times illustrates that the right product will always represent a good investment.

“I am confident the process, data and risk improvement benefits that FireWatch offers, coupled with the proven return on investment it can deliver, will continue to drive adoption.”

Within the Fire and Rescue Service, there has been a large-scale migration away from legacy systems and the purchase of stand-alone solutions or core departmental packages loosely integrated with ‘middleware’ over recent times.

Infographics has found great success in meeting a growing demand for solutions which support a far more integrated, co-ordinated approach to managing people and resources at an enterprise level.

Using FireWatch, and our FloSuite® Case and Process Management product, Infographics helps clients to ‘join up’ disparate departments and functions, eliminate ‘silo’ working practices, reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Recent case studies have shown significant data, process and risk improvements, as well as efficiency savings of around 40%, and operational cost savings of around £1.5m per annum.
